The farmhouse garden is fenced and grassed with flower beds. There is a garden table, 5 chairs and a barbeque.

Parking for one vehicle is adjacent to the garden, just ask if you wish to bring a second.

The enclosed porch at the rear entrance to the farmhouse makes and ideal place to hang up clothes, leave walking boots etc..

There are many footpaths and bridleways nearby, making the farmhouse an ideal base for walking.... and there is always the heather covered Moors at the top of the village.

.....and if you like walking, nearby are the villages of Gillamoor, Fadmoor, Lastingham and Appleton-le-Moors. All except Gillamoor have pubs which serve food !
